You can access the configuration menu by logging into your WordPress Dashboard > My Shop > configuration. In this menu are all the necessary settings to configure your OrillaCart website.
Mails from e-mail: By entering your website info e-mail (for example), you will set the default e-mail from which all customer messages will be sent. If your clients reply to the message, you will receive it in the specified address in that setting!
Mails from name: This is the e-mail’s name for default customer message e-mail. You can check the “Mails from e-mail” setting description above. We recommend you to use the name of your website.
File download method: Here you can choose, how you want to handle the downloading process for the digital products. Readfile is always available but if you are going to use big file it is prefarable to use xsend file instead if the module is activated by your hosting provider.
Use only as catalog: This option gives you ability to use OrillaCart only as catalog of your products. When the check-box is selected the option is active. Few things will happen, all “Add to cart” buttons will disappear from the list and grid view, inside the product as well. The price of the product remains everywhere. Simply show prices, but disable “add to cart” button, cart and checkout.
Retail countries: Here you can choose the targeted countries in which you want to sell your products. Remember, to add first countries into your OrillaCart. If you want to do that go to Dashboard > Shop > Countries, then click on the “New” button and fill the form.
Price Decimal: Is related to the price appearance. Adjust how many numbers after the decimal point are being displayed. If you enter in the text-box”2″ the price will appear for example “9,99 $” . If you enter in the text-box “3” the price will appear as “9,999$”
Price Separator: Is related to the price appearance. Change the way you show the decimal point. For example, if you wish to display the price with point “9.99” or comma “9,99”.
Thousand Separator: Is related to the price appearance. Choose how to separate your thousands from the price. For example, if you want to show the thousands with point “3.000”, comma “3,000” or if you leave a blank space “3 000”.
Currency: Is three character currency code. Еxamples of currency codes are “USD” – United States dollar, “EUR” – European euro, “JPY” – Japanese yen.
Currency sign: The currency sign is a graphic symbol used as a shorthand for the currency name, especially in reference to amounts of money. Еxamples of currency sign are “$” – United States dollar, “€ “European euro, “¥” – Japanese yen. The price of a product in the shop would look as follow “2,199.00 $”
Virtual Tax: Is Value Added Tax for shorter VAT. Different countries call this tax differently. If you want to calculate the fee in your shop, click on the checkbox. Optionally, you can disable this setting for certain products as follows – Dashboard > My Shop > Add New Product > Product Information > Add VAT select “no”. You can also create Tax groups for different coutries and states.
Shop country: Choose your default country. You may first add countries to you shop. To do that go to Dashboard > My Shop > Countries ant click on “new” button.
Shop state: Choose your default state. You may first add countries and states to you shop. To do that go to Dashboard > My Shop > Countries > select your default country > States list ant click on the “new” button.
Shop Zip: Enter your default Zip code. It may be used by some shipping calculators.
Default tax group: Select default tax group for your online store. You my first create tax groups by going Dashboard > My shop > Taxes > click on the “new” button. After you do that, fill the form and click on the “save” button. If you want to create tax rates for your tax group, click on the “Rates list” button and then on the “new” button.
Tax mode: OrillaCart gives you four different ways to calculate the tax, depending from where the tax will be taken and calculated. We will describe them below, so that you may choose the most appropriate way for your country.
User Registration Type- Тhere are three registration types:
Check stock: When the checkbox is selected the function is active. The system will check for current availability of your products. You may first create Stockrooms to do this go to Dashboard > My Shop > Stockrooms click on the “New” button and fill the form.
Enable shipping? When the checkbox is selected the function is active. This option allows you to use OrillaCart Shipping Methods. We are offering you one free shipping method, that would satisfy most of your requirements. We also offer premium shipping extensions “UPS”, “FedEx” and others.
Number of objects per page? : Select how many products are displayed per page. You can also check “Products per row”.
Display categories in content? : Select the check box if you want to display the categories of your store. They will be shown above the products, in grid view.
Exclude frontpage category from list?: When the checkbox is selected you disable the display of Front Page Category. Check the “Shop Front Page” option for more information.
Shop Front Page: You can choose any category and make it Front Page Category. This option allows you to select one of the already existing categories, and make it as a home page for the shop. All products in the selected category will be displayed with priority over other products in your store. You can use this option to display products with discount, promotional products, best sellers products or other.
List variations in categories?: When the checkbox is selected you display all Variation Products in your store.
Products per row : Select how many products are displayed in a row. Make sure you have enough space in your chosen theme. You may need to manually adjust the theme to obtain the desired result (not supported in the default theme).
Shop Page: Choose from which page to be loaded OrillaCart. The default page is “shop” but it can be another of your choice.
Default List Type: The products in the plugin can be displayed in grid view or list view. With this option, select the default look of your products. There is another option through which you can adjust the appearance of your products into separate categories. Go to Dashboard > Shop > Categories then select any category and select View style .
Cat thumb: Enter desired resolution of the categories image. Default value: X90px. and Y90px.
Medium: Enter desired resolution of the product main image. Default value: X350px. and Y350px.
Thumbs: Enter desired resolution of the products miniature image. Default value: X90px. and Y90px.
Mini: Enter desired resolution of the product image gallery miniature image. Default value: X50px. and Y50px.
